Security Issue

Hi,

I think I found a potential security issue with the file manager.

anyone can access the file manager also if it is not loged in. an example

flexicontent.org/index.php?optio ... =component

yes now i can't see any files. but anyone should expect that an error message should appear when connecting to filemanager without login or without access write.
