[Kinda Solved]Tag searcher/finder/linker

Hi,
I'm just looking for a pluginlike for the tag feature that automatically pick the words from description text area field that have a tag in system and link them to the appropriate tag. For example look at Wiki. In most of the articles there are some words that have a specific item in the site. It automatically find them and link them to the item's own page. I'm looking for this feature for Tag in FC.
It seems this ( extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... I7fQ%3D%3D ) is doing similar for it's own tags, though I couldn't download and use it. Can you get it compatible with FC's tags?

use module anywhere to insert your module in your content

Thanks for the reply. But as I told you, it's not what I'm looking for.
It's module, you have to put it somewhere in your page and the tags will be shown in it like tagclouds. I didn't mean this. For example I have an article Named "What's a CCK?". This article has this tags:
Joomla, Content Managment, CCK,...

Also I have this tags too:
Flexicontent,K2,JSeblod,Zoo,...
But they are not submitted for this item that I'm talking about.
In the article I have the names of some CCKs that Flexicontent,K2 and others might be appeared. What I'm looking for is to automatically link the words or phrases that have their own tags in my site, to their tag pages.
I hope you understand what I meant.
