Content Lists Filter Module Result problem

Hello,
Even thought this module is amazing, sometimes it brings me headaches.
1.In case of my website this module is used to navigate users from one category to the other which would display the specific search results.
Sometimes it works great, but then in other cases nothing happens and the same page is reloading...
I have tried to find out the reason comparing different templates, but even if the templates are the same problem is still there.
Could you please suggest me what could be the problem?

2. The number of items shown in field search is incorrect. Why would be that?

what do you mean with the above ?
you mean : the item count per filter values ?

this depends on which categories are included when counting items
