Flash Gallery field can't add file

Hello,
I've got something strange with the field Flash Gallery.

I've got a user that when I connect with its account and edit its content from front-end, I click on "add a file" button. The window open well but on the top there's not field and button to add a new file.(see attached-file in red that I haven't got in my problem)

He's author of its content, i gave him rights with flexiaccess but it's the same.

But with others account, there's no problem.

Is the user member of another FLEXIacces group, that has different permissions?

Did you set permissions for the user itself that override the permissions of the group?

Try creating a new user, assign new user to the FLEXIaccess group and then assigning items of the old user to the new user.
