Standard SEF and the module AiDa

Hello!
On my site by means of FLEXIcontent some sections ("directory", "reference materials" etc.) are implemented. In these sections specify appropriate points of the main menu of a site. Besides, I use AiDaNews unit for display of updates have undressed "Directory". A problem that at switched on standard SEO, links to materials in AiDa unit become:

site/alias_menu/item/....

Where "alias_menu" - an alias of the active menu item. If standard SEO it is ungeared, links are generated correctly. I think, a problem in a file

Somebody solved a similar problem? Thanks.
