Sitemap display double entries and wrong URL

Sitemap display double entries and wrong URL was created by grabit
Hi,

I am using OSmap but have some errors in the sitemap.

In the xml, you can see that the entries are referring to the ItemID 249 (the homepage) and the all leads to an error 404.

How can I get rid of those errors?
