a modified version of these is being integrated into the core,

the modifications are more about
-- using some FLEXIcontent FLEXIcontent features
-- and some cleanups,

and less about the functionality of the fields which is very good

of course the author name will stay inside the plugins ...

Is it the same question I have asked at the beginning of this post : using list of videos ?

It has been answered that this was impossible with this type of field as the many may use different player (Youtube, Daily Motion, Viméo) and that we cannot merge all of them in the one player.

I think there is a solution using 'Jwplayer' which allow s to run a list made from distincts provider (Youtube, DailyMotion, Vimeo, and internal videos).

Jwplayer is a free (and also a paying brand free) plugin.

to use is with a list of videos we need to create a XML file containing the list of videos. It"s offering a lot of options.

May be this could be a good solution to embed videos from distinct origins.
