Field collection (group)

I would like to know if there's a way to make a field collection in flexicontent.
For example, I have a group of two fields (name and surname) and I want to add a value of this group of fields.

Upcoming version can use OTHER field values inside the prefix/suffix/etc parameters of some field

so you can create a "text" field to combine 2 or more other fields AND:
-- set this "text" field to have a default value "displayable instead of empty" (set "default value usage parameter")
-- set this "text" field to be "Form Hidden"
-- add this "text" field to a template position

This is gonna be very useful. Please create "How To Use" in FAQ.

Sorry, but I don't understand what you're meaning...
I have installed the last stable version forn joomla 2.5 (v2.0 RC9b r1601).
I create a text field, but I don't know how to configure the specific properties to display a field like:
Authors:
name1 surname1
name2 surname2
name3 surname3
...

What i described above is not available in r1601,
