Custom plugin/field not showing

I built a custom plugin/field for flexicontent, but I´m not being able to display it on the frontend.

The information in the field is being stored correctly, and the field is assigned to the template I´m using. I know the code is being executed, but nothing is showing up on the page.

Have I overlooked some step?
