[New Plugin] Google map plugin - testers needed

The plugin has also issues with the markers.

The whole routine handling the marker path is a bit confusing.
Along the way, the path at some point suddenly includes the category and missing the path to the marker folder.

For convenience I just hardcoded the path to my marker for the moment.

The plugin is not working in compatibility view with IE 8/9.
At least not on this site, maybe its a matter of MooTools smart loading feature, I don't know.

But still the field is out of date. Because know we have translations, translations groups, advanced search, the filter class has change. This field needs to be in the core and evolve with FC itself, that's my opinion.
