did you also check the 2 parameters that i mentioned in my previous messages, that limit to tags
- tags assigned to items of current category
- tags assigned to current item

Filtering tags of same item type as current item was always ON because of wrong parameter name (different names in XML config than PHP code)
It is fixed now
