- when editing


About editing

We have "Edit field value"
- what you ask will need implementation of "Edit field value own", which would allow only the owner of the item to view and edit in item form
that would be about 2 hours of implementation work and testing


About viewing

1. you will have to give the field an access level that is not granted to any user
2. then inside your custom PHP code in your layout you could check if current item is owned by current user and show it
