1. FC inline code displays on any Joomla page - it's issue.
2. I tried all values in JCH dropdown menu for CSS delivery.

not realy jch scan all css and jss and create an mignifed and global file, this component ignore view type to create specific file ...
flexicontent.org use it and it works
i use it with flexicontent on 10 sites and worked ... you need to find good setting for your site
maybe you can open a ticket on jch support ?
did you think to clean cache (jch cache) after all changes ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

if only a part of the CSS is included
then the display will be different and broken

please do not enable a setting that remove CSS rules arbitrary

If setting CSS Delivery disabled - I have bad results in Google Page Speed.
What this FC code mean?
Why it displays on any page?
