Search function to search only in Items TITLE and not in description

Hello,
when i perform a search the search engine looks in title, in description....and so on and in the end i have a lot of results i do not need.
Is there any way i can set the search function to perform search only in items Title.

For example:
I search for the word Apple - but i want to see ONLY results where the word Apple is in the Title of the items (and not in description or anyware else )

in fields manager you can select which fields are "text searchable"
