Mes utilisateurs sont des AUTEURS, quand ils écrivent un article, ils sont en attente de publication.
Comment les faire publier directement sans mise en attente?

c'est dans la configuration generale workflow

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

The "usergroup" of your authors will need to be given (granted) (allowed)
the "Edit state" ACL privilege

thus in item form they will be able to set the "State" of the item
by default the state "Published" will be pre-selected, thus on-save the item will be published
