About adding option to exclude Module from mobile view

Hello

spent some time adding code to detect caching
and tested new code in your website too

Go to module configuration and you will also see the new inline information message

Please note that if Joomla Caching is enabled inside Joomla Global Configuration then
- either enable 'Platform specific caching' (note that 'tablet' is detected as 'mobile')
- or disable caching inside 'Advanced setting' TAB of this module
if none of the above is done then this setting will be ignored
