Cant edit enddate in field "Date / Timestamp / Publish Up-Down Dates"

Hi,
i have a field Date / Timestamp / Publish Up-Down Dates with option "end-date". In front- and backend I cant edit this field. What do I have to do that the field is editable for all users?

A date field in mode:
"End publication date"

is for
- viewing
- filtering

to edit the publish down date
- hide your field in item form (if you want it only for filtering purposes)
- then use the "Finishing publish" date field inside "Publishing" TAB to edit the publication end date

Following problem. I have a 1 side form to add items in frontend for registered users. No tabs like
FLEXI_ASSIGNMENTS, FLEXI_PUBLISHING, FLEXI_META_SEO, FLEXI_DISPLAYING, FLEXI_TEMPLATE....

Is there any way to set only the "publish down field" for registered user in the form. without tab....

go to types manager and edit your desired type e.g. "article" type
and inside "Item form" TAB / "Item Form Layout" TAB
add field:
publish_down

to the textarea parameter
"Above TABs" or "Below TABs"

Thanks for support. Allow me one more question.
I use the publish down field only in one conten type. Is there any way to set the label name for the "publish down" field and set them as a mandatory field?

go to Joomla language overrides manager

filter by
- backend
- component com_content (joomla articles)

then search for the labels
COM_CONTENT_FIELD_PUBLISH_DOWN_LABEL
COM_CONTENT_FIELD_PUBLISH_DOWN_DESC

and override them
