you need to code it in template
read faq

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

If you mean in item / category / etc views (viewing)
then you need to edit your template files:

item.php
category_items.php

you can read FAQ for more

or do you mean hide fields in item form ?

I would like to show or hide the field depending on the value in another field.
Also, I would like to change the background color in the field in dependence on its value.

I realized that this can be done only through php?

Hello

I would like to show or hide the field depending on the value in another field.

so you mean when viewing the item, or when editing the item ?

Also about item form, the fields:
select / selectmultiple, radio / radioimage, checkbox / checkboximage

have ability to display different values that depend on the value of a master field

I need only viewing the item, on font-end, for text fields.
