management of the number of users Article by Category

hello, is it possible to provide management item number per user category. Joomla provides the limitation of articles by users, if Flexicontent could propose limiting articles by categories that would be really a plus.

here is the issue at githumb so that we do not to forget:

This will be similar to

per author group limits

but with more options
and with a usageNOTE :

Extra usergroup for authoring limits should be created: e.g. Grouplimits1, Grouplimits2, Grouplimits3
Then every users should be assigned to 1 of these

if assigned to more than then one of allow will be used to set the limits / behaviour
