you will need to install newer version,
and there is no -newer- official stable release (newer than v3.1.0-rc2a),

if you are developing a new website, then you can downkiad install (via Joomla extension manager) from here:

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/tree/3.1.x-stable

then, since this is a live site,
you can set the error_reporting to "simple" or to default and the message will go away
(live sites should not have error reporting to maximum)

then wait for official release
