[SOLVED] option to hide label of empty filters

Actually you imply something about the filter values:

For non-available filter values (having zero item count),
we have 2 options:

- hide (skip them)
- show as disabled

So when both
1. we have enabled option: "Hide non-available values"
2. and zero available filter values are found

then we should also hide (skip) the filter label, since we already have the above parameter option, we do not need to add more option, just use the above one
