"Use global" is useless... was created by solinfo_ca

In place of "Use global" put "Inherited from ..." with "..." replace by the parent heritage will be of great help for management!

- it is possible to implement display of the inherited values
- and it will be certainly useful
- we have thought of it

but it needs implementation time,
as many things need implementation time
