Hi If the Date/Publish up/Down field could also have microdata support that would solve the field being used as a Start Date in an event template..

i.e. if the field is used as a Start Date for an event (which it should be) then Google does not see it as a microdata item currently, believes the event has no start date and lists it as an error.

Hello

i have opened this issue:
github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/299

should the publish up/down dates have always the same microdata "itemprop" always ?

dateCreated Date The date on which the CreativeWork was created.
dateModified Date The date on which the CreativeWork was most recently modified.
datePublished Date Date of first broadcast/publication.

Tks.
Yes, I can't see another application for the Publish Up/Down dates aspect that would fall outside the CreativeWorks type and itemprop that you have mentioned below.

I agree.
And further evidence of the versatlity of Flexicontent, I just realised that any of the schema.org classes can actually be added to any field using the Prefix/Suffix text of every value.

e.g.
Prefix: <span itemprop="startDate">
Suffix: </span>

but you forgot to add date value in specific format
<meta itemprop="startDate" content="2016-04-21T20:00">
2016-04-21T20:00 => no way to add user format
