Priority would be the scound one and then the frist one but both are nice features. By tyoe we can apaly diffrente configration per type of content.

it is possible to implement an impact factor in the query

but this will be confusing to the user, since he/she will be seen a weird ordering,

so the voting field may need to display something differently , but what would that be ? e.g. not display voting, not display voting in what way ? and how is this related to allowing user to vote

e.g. a solution would be to allow voting ONLY in item view and in category view only show votes percentage when e.g. voting is more than 5 votes, and when it is less than 5 we will only state the number of votes ?

I suggest hide the VOTES QUANTITYIES from the category view then.

If this is simple this would be enoght. Your examples are awosome but if it takes time then don't is a necessary thing.

about voting , note that v2.1.0 adds configurable (per content type) number of voting star and voting stars resolution too

e.g. you can have a 10 voting star maximum, with half star voting resolution
