Fields permisions

This is a Small feature but very useful I think.

When an FIELD is set only for REGISTERED users would be nice to have the possibility of showing a text like:

"This [field] is only available for registered users."

Only if we want 2.

In joomla community is very often some downloads only be available for registered users and usualy this PHRASE appears to alert the user.

This should be a parameter called :

"Display Message if no Access"

And parameter description:
Field's appears empty (no label, no display) if user does not have the required Access level, enabling this option will display the Access Level needed for viewing the field.
e.g. if field has Access level "Subscribers", then a message "This field is only viewable/available to users of Level: 'Subscribers'"

Add message instead of empty display when user do not have field's access level
