Hello,
Please consider adding div tags in item form.
Text area with tool tip(inline) displayed between other fields in item form but looks a bit difficult to recognize them.
So I want to apply different background color and border for entire text area Row.
Maybe it is good if you could add Div tags for each field.
Also please add class name on Fieldset tag.
