[Done r1694] Grouping fields list in template

Well, (you and another user mentioned this again ...)

making interface easier was always a priority, especially when time needed for it is "relatively" small

r1694, 2 JAVASCRIPT filters were added:
- Content Type filter
- Field Type filter

these despite being javascript they can be combined to filter the list of "available" CUSTOM filters !!

this should make a lot easier to configure the item/category layout of your templates

PS: the category management got more filtering (depth level and Access view filter) together with archive/trash management, batch processing will follow soon

Regards

Makes job a lot easier. Thank you very much.

Also,
1. Please enable multiple selects by SHIFT key.
2. I prefer viewing one specific category group so please add filtering by TOP category.

where is this ? you mean allow multiple select for the category filters?

This should be easy using LFT and RGT columns of the category table

Sorry for the poor description.

I am talking about:
Adding jQuery plugin for shift + click to select multiple checkboxes in backend category view. Right now, we have to click each checkbox for multiple select.
I've found one jQuery plugin so please have a look below link.

Hello

the missing category manager filters were meant to be added since v2.0.2 (along with archive/trash management) , so that is why were done now (along with little time needed to do it)

-- about select a category to display its subtree, done too (good idea for filtering)

-- nothing more for now in category manager, (no shift-click selection of categories , also next change for categories in v2.1 or v2.0.4 will be batch operations

Regards

Got it!

-- about select a category to display its subtree, done too (good idea for filtering)

I will test as soon as you upload in SVN.
