Consider Adding a new template position in the category here, instead:

something like,
ELSE IF THERE IS A FIELD IN THIS POSITION SHOW THE FIELD
ELSE IF THERE IS NO FILED IN THIS POSITION SHOW THE MESSAGE.

a template position?

i am not sure i understand the purpose of this,
if there is no items , there will be no fields too

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

why? If there is no items in the category I wish to load a module and show the FEATURE items.

I want to show a list of selected properties even if there is no items I wish to load a module

you did not mention you want to load a module,

you can do this inside the template, but if you mean to use the fcloadmodule FLEXIcontent field then this is not possible the field exists only if an item exists
