List of field types in alphabetical order

When making a new field it would lead to better usability if the items in the drop down of Field type: * would be listed in an alphabetical order or even better grouped order.

Ordering by name may not have the expected result as some fields have "FLEXIcontent -" in front of their names and some do not.

If you visit the plugin manager you will see that "FLEXIcontent -" is in front of the name of almost all flexicontent fields
This text is removed from fields name in field edit form, so that the list is easier to read. I guess we can do a sorting of the list after this text is removed via PHP

I checked the query and it is already sorting by name, i guess the fields that are not in order are the one's that do no have 'FLEXIcontent -' in front of their names

In r1365 the order is not alphabetical. Does one need to change a setting somewhere? Cheers
