Routing remove or add "/"

hope you guys see this before the stable version and consider adding.

In terms of SEO Google penalizes for duplicated content in sites, well in Joomla and FC we can have this 2 kinds of pages:
www.yoursite.com/category/myitem
and
www.yoursite.com/category/myitem/
and some times like the homepage
www.yoursite.com/category/myitem/index.html

Add a feature in the routing plugin to allow us to choose where to redirect the content.

The idea would be for Google don't detect 2 and 3 times the same page.

You can use cannonical option no ?

Yes we can. But i never tested it.

My solution was to force but if canonical work then perfect.

ps: also I requested that becouse we use ADVANCE MODULE MANAGER and with the URL SCOPE we need to add all 3 versions

or you can use an sef componant ACESEF or 404SHSEF

Have tried and hate them.

We still have an important bug to SEF URL bug to fix, in some cases id, cid are appended to URL, unnecessarily, looking at it now.

Other important issue are:

-- ordering items in backend category view include subcategory items, this is tricky because we HAVE multiple categories per item, it is possible only a little tricky

-- some issues in advanced search
