Set item to "frontage" / featured

i think it would be usefull to set item as "frontpage" or featured.

So we can use some com_content modules that uses this option.

I'm not sure it's a good solution because I really doesn't want user to use com_content and com_flexicontent at the same time.
I will see if I can find something better.

Many of the com_content modules I've seen ask for a category. If you could use those, it might work if you created a "featured" category and then assigned your items to it.
