FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

after updating the content is duplicated rating, how do I remove what I indicated in my attachment?

You probably have multiple rating plugins published on your website. Go to the extensions->manage plugins menu
Filter to get the content plugins and unpublish the unwanted plugins.
