hello check your plugins i think you have conflict
i test a flexicontent demo site with last flexicontent no problem with canonical


Ok, I found it.
I have two regular sites and two multi-language sites.
The problem is only on the multi-language sites.
So, when I disable the System - Language Filter plugin, the canonical links work fine.

How to fix it?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

canonical isn't add if url is same has generate canonical
