Map Module not displaying custom image

There is no "per location" setting - which screen will I find this on. can you send me a screen shot of where I should find this, please? I have tried even text numbering and the 2nd numbered item ALWAYS comes up with a different icon? It is crazy.

Which version are you using?

this option exist on 3.11.9 or 4.X series
