I upgraded 5 web sites to the newest Joomla, and the same thing happened to all of them.
All 5 web sites have different templates. I think this might be a bigger issue, because it only happened after I upgraded to the newest Joomla.
I applied your fix to the Custom CSS for the template, and it worked. Thank you so much!!
