Hello

it looks like a CSS issue, e.g. CSS by your Joomla template

we now support favourites for guests too
so send me a link to the page with a PM

if it is CSS it will be very quick to see if this is a bug

Also note that the heart now is icomoon font-icon
is icomoon CSS loaded ?

Replied by NormN on topic Missing favorites heart image
Thanks. Just to give a little more data.

I did a clean install of Joomla 3.7.3 and Flexicontent 3.2.0rc1, using protostar template and the heart icon was visible

This was the icon-heart fcfav_icon_off, not the icomoon. Nothing in page source for icomoon.

But appears in the CSS as:

[class^="icon-"]:before, [class*=" icon-"]:before {
font-family: 'IcoMoon';
font-style: normal;
speak: none;
}

Also in the before rules:

.icon-heart:before {
content: "\e277";
}

I switched to the template I am using on the site i.e. T3 BS3 blank and heart icon was not visible.

Comparing the CSS:

On the page where the icon was missing with the T3 template:

.fav-block [class^="fcfav_icon_"], .fav-block [class*=" fcfav_icon_"] was missing entirely.

.btn class elements were different. Possibly because of BS 3?

icomoon or icoheart do not appear as a before element.

All other active CSS elements appeared the same.

So definitely the T3 template but unsure of where to go now.

Hello

as i was expected the icomoon.css has not been loaded

Install v3.2.0-rc2

- Then go to FLEXIcontent backend dashboard
- Click "Configuration" button to open the Component parameters
- Go to "Advanced" TAB and find option icomoon.css and enable it

PS: the login details that you have send me do not work

Thank you for your help. All fixed with v3.2.0-rc2a and activating icomoon css.
