[IT IS NORMAL: it uses ACL] Advance Editing controls are disabled in frontend item form was created by kspoddar

Hi - I am not sure if I doing something wrong or if there's a bug. When I set the advance editing for Front End for a type, some of it doesn't work.
I am attaching the screenshots of the setting in the admin panel as well the front end item form. Can you advise please.

Hello

This is the intended behaviour,

- all these are editable by users that have "Edit state" (=publish) ACL privelege on the item

If a user can not publish / unpublish the item, then he/she cannot edit these:

publish_up (Publish start date)
publish_down (Publish down date)
created_by (author)
created_by_alias (author Alias)

Furthermore for frontend:
The "created_by" (=Author) of item can be change only by superadmin
The "created" (=Creation date) can be changed by frontend user if you go to component "configuration" and give to the user the "Edit creation date" permission
