Selected value on Select List when required was created by jrodgar

Hi!

Problem

Field Select List
Required

Values:
0:No%%1:Yes

When selecting "No", it trigger the error "The field is required". I have found a similar/same problem where if the check is something like empty(fieldvalue), it returns true because empty(0) === true

For example, changing the values to
2:No%%1:Yes

Works

Found on J3.3.6, Flexicontent 2.2.0 r1932

please make a local Development copy of v3 BETA5a (e.g. a new website) and test this
