Thx, but I dont understand ... when I look at the HTML source I see that jQuery is loaded already through my template from the media jui folder. Why would I want to load it twice?

1. It is loaded in wrong order
2. and also jQuery UI is not loaded in your page

so please check FLEXIcontent component configuration as i said above , if it set to load then something is removing it from your page

I enabled jQuery in FC. I dont see anything wrong with the loading order, UI is loaded, jquery.ui.autocomplete.min.js is loaded ... still the same error. Please see http://www.devj3.kiteboarding-windsurfi ... Itemid=101

Hello

js error is different now,

i cannot be sure why there is this jQuery error occurring, it maybe a combination of JS that you are using loading in your site

you can try installing jQueryEasy and configure it to load both jQuery and jQuery UI in the frontend

I installed that plugin and load now a newer jQuery+UI version than that what comes with Joomla. I also disabled jQuery in the FC configuration. And all this solved the JS error.

Cheers

Hello,

the jQuery UI in J3.1 is loaded by multiple files,

so maybe some file was a different version of jQuery UI, which caused the problem
