[Beta4]Deleting of Categorys... not work was created by devil

Hi,

i can´t delet categorys! There a NO items in it, but flexicontent show that there are items, but there a realy no items in the Category.

Beta3 and Beta4.

When you will take a look write me a PM and i will give you Access to the site.

I've multiple sites using it in production and I didn't encounter the problem. The best is to reach me through skype, so that I can have a look.
