custom fields not showing

hello im new here but not new to joomla.
so heres the bug/problem im hoping you can suggest for a fix.
scenario: everything is working fine from creating a new types,adding a custom fields to meet my preferences, no errors from installation. so everything works great aside from the fact that when you preview your site, the new custom fields is not showing under my case.and a notice error like this

Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 0 of 24 bytes in /home/marley/public_html/plugins/flexicontent_fields/weblink.php on line 273
(ill check the code later tonight ^^^) but
tested both on local installation and a live test site ..but still same issues..thanks in advance you can take a look
