Unpublished items available in menu manager was created by gnomeontherun

In my haste I made a lot of articles and forgot to publish them all, some were still draft.

I made menu links to those items, and then got this message

Fatal error: Call to a member function redirect() on a non-object in ~site/components/com_flexicontent/models/items.php on line 178

$mainframe isn't declared in the function getItem().
