Hi, i'm having this problem when i open an article in a category in the front end.

Yes. I created a menu item (article>section and used Flexicontent in the section dropdown options), published and set it to a non-displayed position. Menu item enabled.

Still the same.

That means you didn't create a FLEXICONTENT menu link (flexicontent and article are two different components).
So please create a FLEXIcontent menu item as stated on the orange message.
