Yes, we updated the form field elements, and in this field the value variable name was a little different

In file:
administrator/components/com_flexicontent/elements/alphaindex.php
line
$values = FLEXI_J16GE ? $this->value : $value;
should be
$value = FLEXI_J16GE ? $this->value : $value;
