FC2r1342 Always create field HTML default setting was created by kenmcd

On installation the default setting for Always create field HTML is Only in item view (option value=2).

The description text for that setting says:
FLEXI_ALWAYS_CREATE_FIELDS_DISPLAY_DESC="It is strongly recommended that you set this to ONLY WHEN NEEDED, so that system will create fields only if they are displayed. If you have compatibility problem, of fields not displaying, try enabling this."

So if that is true the default should be option value="0".
Which is Only when needed.

I can fix this, but I just wanted to confirm with you Georgios.

aaa, yes
it was zero but i changed it to "only in item view" because of people upgrading and having custom item templates
