[Fixed] Custom Language Flag and Name was created by jardar

How is selected state flag? I have problem with displaying her.

Link to image: The requested URL /joomla/media/mod_languages/images/cs.gif was not found on this server.
This is problem, because Joomla! have cz.gif for Czech republic.

Next problem is format of name state. Image bellow:

Fixed in r1284

# Added support for custom content language table in J2.5,
and now custom language TITLE and IMAGE will be used if they are found
