I see now what you meant, you were speaking of a customization of the default template that was overwritten after upgrade, and you forgot to reapply the customization.

If you alter standard (default,blog,faq) templates, i would suggest to do this:
1. Mark all your customizations to the standard template by adding:
//START customization
...
//END customization
2. Before upgrading to new FLEXIcontent version: duplicate the customized template as 'mytemplate1'
3. Upgrade to new FLEXIcontent version
4. Copy all customization from 'mytemplate1' back to the upgraded standard template.

That is it. I have now 2 more websites that we have to do that.

That's ok, this will happen because we are using the BETA :D
