Tagging does not work

It is possible to create new tags while creating new content (with the "Add a new tag" field). But these tags are NOT attached with the article/content.

When I type one or more letters in the "Add a new tag" field then a little circle shows up - and disappears. A list of available tags never shows up. I found no way to combine tags with contents.

I'm using Joomla 1.7 with com_flexicontent_v2.0_beta3_r907.

BTW: The FLEXIcontent file is called com_flexicontent_v2.0_beta3_r907. But within Joomla is calls itself: FLEXIcontent version 2.0 Beta (r722)

- You mean the Item Edit Form in the backend or frontend or Both?
- Did you try other browsers?
- Does it work with some browsers?

By now I don't know how to get the FLEXIcontent Edit Form for the frontend so try to get familiar with it "through" the backdoor/end.

My Firefox crashes every hour (too many tabs, too many extensions) so:
It does NOT work with IE 9. But with FF 6 tagging works perfectly!

Tested tagging and works on
- Mozilla Firefox v6
- Google Chrome v14
- Microsoft IE v8

Did not test on IE v9, maybe some JQuery issue (we use the JQuery javascript library used for AJAX tag retrieval etc, in the item edit form)

We load jquery v1.6.2-min, maybe some bug of this version with ie9 ...
