Yes, this is not a bug of Flexicontent code anyway.
Now i will take the opportunity to write this:
-- The newest revisions r896 and higher have a new very efficient mechanism for calling the functionality of the Flexicontent Fields.
-- Flexicontent fields are joomla plugins of type 'flexicontent_field'
-- But joomla registers all plugins as listeners of events. If we want to call a specific plugin function, we trigger the event but joomla will call all loaded plugins to handle the event (like what we do for content plugins to handle the text of the articles). This is very wasteful and now the new mechanism, will not trigger the joomla event but instead call the plugin directly, this gives a considerable performance benefit in category view where a lot of fields of a lot of articles are created.
