flexiaccess conflict

I have a conflict between flexiaccess and joomla core system.

I remark that:

I have some menus that should be only shown to my admins.
In flexiaccess only my admin have access to them.
(for joomla it was public) --> result the menu is not appearing at all. My user is also "admin" in joomla.

I go back in my module and the "public" access level disappear, the module is no more set, it why it is not shown.

I tried to change to "registered or "special" but each time I have the same problem. When I save in flexiaccess it resets the module access right and when I change in the module, flexiaccess changed, with something too open.

How to manage that?
I would just that some menus are only visible for a specific group.

I think that was not there at the beginning but I don't know what is cause the problem.

Actualy I work only with joomla access right, Flexiaccess is no more working...

Miker, it is not the problem but important to not forget, thanks.

I reinstall completely the website localy, using Akeeba backup and admin tools. I manage to make working the backend but I had a surprise, no groups appear in the group list of flexiaccess even the default group... So I uninstall flexiaccess, and I retrieve my frontend website.

I reinstall flexiaccess and I had the same problem, I am thinking that I have some incompatibility problem with flexiaccess and other component that I use. The problem is to find which.

And probably the problem that I have with the live site are connected to the same issue.

Still trying to find a solution on my local testing machine.
